I work with organisations navigating digital change: government agencies, NGOs, foundations and institutions trying to understand what technology actually does once it meets real people, real processes and real constraints.

My background combines four years of qualitative research, fieldwork across government and international settings, and a PhD examining how digital systems reshape decision-making inside institutions. I bring that same rigour to applied work: stakeholder research, evidence synthesis, policy translation and advisory support for teams who need to understand not just what a technology promises, but what it means in practice.
