ORÉE

ORÉE is an independent publication that follows ideas into the places where they become reality. I write about technology, politics and culture, and the systems that quietly shape how each one works.

The name comes from the French word for the edge of a forest, the line where one landscape gives way to another. That's the space I'm interested in: where policy meets practice, where innovation meets institutions, where good intentions meet the messy work of implementation.

I write essays and reporting grounded in research, not opinion for its own sake. If you're curious how digital systems, aid, governance and everyday life actually intersect, this is where I try to make sense of it.
